What do you think of this sucker punch MMA knockout? When the two oppponents are about to touch gloves, one of them hits the other. I’ve seen Mirko Crocop do the same thing but kick the guy. Please voice your opinion below.

That’s some coward ass shit right there. I understand that the bell rang and they didn’t have to touch gloves, but when Sheridan actually stuck his arm out to touch gloves that’s when it becomes a bullshit punch. That’s when I would be waiting in the parking lot with a tire iron

I know some fighters don’t like to touch gloves once the fight starts because they know they are leaving themselves exposed and open to a shot like that. Personally i don’t support it, if you both want to touch gloves, do it..then back up and start fighting.

That shit stuck his hand out to entice the other guy to touch glove then has the audacity to tell the crowd to shut up and boast that he knocked the other guy out.
Don’t usually condone violence outside the cage but can see where u are coming from….hope this guy get his turn.

That seemed like a owardly move. That being said, if it’s not against the rules then it is fair-game. Fighters need to remember to protect themselves at all times.

I was watching this on youtube a few weeks prior to the video being posted here, and the guy who got ko’ed offered a rematch and the cheap shot guy said no.
