that was like one of those punches you see in those youtube videos named “Gang fight”.

It’s Bellator 9, not 11. YouTube reversed the Roman numerals.
Did the winner land the punch in the mouth after the knee sent the mouthpiece flying, or did the punch get rid of the mouthpiece?
