Great Fight night I would love to see Quick again. I haven’t seen him fight for a while.

neither one of these two guys are anywhere near GSP’s level. hardy and swick made a ton of bad mistakes in this fight, as the commentators kept pointing out.
number 1 contender fight should have been the rumble johnson vs koschek winner.

@ jmk agreed however i think johnson vs hardy would be a better no.1 contender but having said that i cant see any 1 except johnson giving gsp a challenge, kos has allready lost and hardy will just get taken down and gnp till Tko’d

Yeah gazza you and jmk couldn’t be more right Anthony is going to smash Josh (The winner of Josh and Anthony really should fight GSP) and Hardy has no chance against GSP. Its going to be a quick fight

Graet job Dan. I was rooting for Mike, but Dan did really well, gotta give him credit.

I wanted Swick to come out on top, but you can’t knock Hardy’s performances, but I agree with Theo Gazza and Jmk. Rumble vs Hardy would be a better #1 contender’s match up.

“Quick” Swick fought as a Lightheavyweight on TUF 1 but after the show was over he fought at Middleweight until Okami beat him then he went down to Welterweight. So now what’s Swick gonna do now, drop down to Lightweight?

I hope not…Swick looks anorexic as is, and I don’t think he’d fare any better there (even if that was a joke…lol). I think middleweight suits him best, but then there’s the whole Anderson Silva problem. Honestly, I just think he needs to get sharper and better. There’s no championship slot for him at his current skill level, and constantly cutting weight isn’t going to help his power. Go back up to middle and get better, I say.
And agreed across the board…none of these guys can beat GSP right now. Hardy might have a puncher’s chance and Johnson slightly better, but barring an opportune bomb on the button, it will be a while before any of these guys can beat GSP outright.
