In preparation for UFC 98, Matt Hughes traveled to Minnesota to spend a week training with Sean Sherk. This video shows Sherk and Hughes going through a Caveman Training session in preparation for their upcoming fights.

HAY!!! FREEKIN NUTZ!! not 2 say that SHERK is not a beest..
he is.. but now seeing freekin MATT HUGHES at it in there..

they all go thrue at that API training center thing…
man if that stuff dont get ya in shape 2 fite.. wut will??

MAN that is some awesome crap, omg how in the heck do they do that with the gas mask that would freak me out the whole blackout effect. man they are definitely in shape. geez my big azz would nOt last 5 min. in there. they are warriors. but to bad all that training got sherk his azz handed to him by a smaller frankie edgar…. but still they are hard workers and deserve to be where they are in the ufc with the top comp. i havent seen ANY of the top guys doing things like this. insane. WELL GOT TO GO. AWESOME VID…… THANKS MAN, MMAJUNKIE05 OVER AND OUT !!!!!
