I can’t stand listening to Mir talk! He thinks that he is the Einstein of MMA. Not saying that he doesn’t know anything, cause he does. Just saying he needs to tone it down a bit when explaining something.

yeah, he’s smart for a heavyweight fighter, but really not as bright as he seems to think he is… I can’t stand him, and I used to be a fan…

i like Frank. We need fighters to sound more educated. Better Role Models for kids.

I agree that we need better role models, but i don’t think he is one. He is unbearably over confident, if my kid looked up to Frank Mir he would grow up to be a complete dick. For rolemodels, I prefer to point to the more humble fighters, the GSPs, Fedors, etc…. Frank really isn’t particularly bright, he just speaks in a tone that suggests he THINKS he is…

its funny so many ppl talk alot of crap on the internet. i think people who are less educated about mma (me included) aren’t really in the positon to start saying an ex world champion, black belt in bjj etc etc doesn’t know all that much, i mean im sure u know it all sitting from ur couch watching the ppv. sure hes confident may b even cocky and he keeps going on about beating big nog but all fighters have to be confident or how they going to beleive in themselves

Gazza, we are not talking crap, we are giving our opinion. I’ve been watching MMA consistently since my dad and I rented UFC 5 on video in the mid 90’s, but that doesn’t make me any more or less capable of giving my opinion concerning a person’s personality… I’m saying that I don’t like his personality, not that I can kick his ass… I’m not saying he sucks, I’m saying he’s a jackass…

But Frank use to talk a lot of crap… then Brock “Pulled that Horseshoe out his A**” hahahaha We don’t see him saying sh*t about Brock anymore. Brock is sick… who cares let him rest. When he is ready he’ll fight. Carwin is just acting like he will be the one to put Brock in his place and by doing so he’ll be the legit MMA Champ. But it’s not going to happen. You make Brock angry… he will destroy you.
