Fedor “The Last Emperor” Emelianenko rolls w/ Red Devil teammate Gegard Mousasi. Check out Fedor’s sweep and reversals. His ability to stay off of his back is probably the best in MMA next to Chuck Liddell. So not only can he get back to his feet like Liddell but he has the ability and technique to submit from his back as well.

Great technique but I still think Gegard wasn’t really trying much cz there were times werehe could have easily postured up or passed the guard and just stayed there.
What I love most about Fedors grappling game is his throwing ability…perfect technique, and could probably beat most black belt judokas.
Gegard looks MASSIVE! I think he could easily be a heavyweight if he bulks up…can’t wait to see his next fight.

I can’t wait to see how Fedor does against non-Sambo type grappling artists @ Abu Dhabi this year. Wouldn’t it be sick if he grappled against heavyweight grapplers like Xande, Roger Gracie, etc?
Also, Gegard has now moved to Heavyweight now from what I understand.

Well I train at the Roger Gracie academy and as far as I know Roger is only taking part in the super fight against Robert Drysdale. But Roger is keen to get in the mma ring against Fedor from what I understand.
Gegard is HW?? damn he was MW a year ago…has he been on the Overeem diet perhaps??
