God i hope Fedor get his ass knocked out so all this bullshit bout him bein the best fighter in the world will finally stop. If i was a professional baseball player but only played in the minors im sure i was be the “best” to.

Spencer…Fedor was the camp in Pride at the time UFC was the minors. No other fighter has a streak or “legacy” like his…
Now Im not nutthuggin I would like to see him in the octagon to.

hate to say it since im a ufc fan myself, but fedor is a bad dude and i dont think roger’s or any of the hvy wghts in strikeforce can compete with the savagery and level of game fedor brings to the table, i’d have to agree w/ ebuboo or wutever his name is, early submission by fedor. i still think he blew a huge chance by opting out of ufc, but, wut would we be talkin bout if say he didnt and blew through lesnar, be a quiet world again in heavy weight division, so for the media aspect of the decision, good call.

I agree with Ebuboo. Fedor has the advantage in striking, takedowns, and ground (GnP and Submissions). Fedor will be able to get on top of him and either GnP or kimura

see i totally agree i grew up watchin pride but he had a chance to really test himself an i just feel like he let down all of his fans. do i actually think rodgers has a chance in this fight? no not at all but i still am mad that he went to strikeforce instead of the ufc, M1 blows anyways so i dont know why he has stake in the company

I think Fedor eventually will end up in UFC one day…He (only) has a three fight deal with both Strikeforce and M-1…he honours that contract and I respect that even if I rather see him in the ufc an even if Im no way near being a M-1 fan. Strikeforce will be good “warm-up” and a good way to get used to the cage, and I also believe Rogers, Overeem and Werdum are all very solid competition, all of them would be solid contenders for top/title if they were in the UFC. Fedor himself has never claimed to be the best fighter in the world. He is the most humble gye there is and I cant understand why people are hating on him just because he isent in their fav org?
What makes UFC top three fighters so much more qualified then strikeforces…just look at Mir and Lenars records…they are basicly rather mediocre.
Btw…Fedor looks so small compared to Rogers…he has a frame ass a 185p fighter.

i think it’s a shame that nobodies like bret rogers get a shot to fight someone like fedor. obviously fedor is just getting older and at somepoint someone is going to beat him but i would like to see him fight a few of his peers first, just to stop the bullshit talk. he has already proven on so many occasions that its not the size of the dog in the fight but the amount of skill and heart and experience you have.

hey you small minded haters out there, when I read some of the bullshit that you people write I have to laugh because it seems that the people with the least amount of education talk the most shit about things they obviously know nothing about. Fedor has been in 32 professional MMA matches and has only lost once due to a cut. Out of those fights at least half have been against top tier fighters who were either current ,former,or future world champions. Never has Fedor claimed to be the best or even said he is going to be. He is an extremely humble,cool,calm,collective and respectful person that never talks negatively against any of his opponents or anyone else for that matter. So the least you airheads could do is educate yourself a little before you talk shit!!

Why on earth you guys talking trash about Fedor. He’s like the most chilliest guy you’ll ever met. And also he kicks ass literally. I hope to Rogers loses he doesn’t deserve all of a sudden to fight the #1 HW. Trust Fedor earned his title look at his freakin fights!! The man is not human.

Comes November 7th Rogers is going down! He hasn’t felt Fedor’s power. Rogers is trying to Hype up the fight for the media. Brett knows he ain’t gonna win this one.

This is a bad fight for Fedor. Although he is quite experienced,his last fight against Arlovski displayed a lot of flaws in Fedor as he gets older. If Arlovski was a little more patient, Fedor would have lost by KO. There are indeed kinks in his armour, and this is what makes Rogers so dangerous. I predict a KO by Rogers in the 1st round by strikes. Fedor loses. Nufff said.
