David, as far as cross training equipment, yes it seems a little outdated. But, all that is almost pointless since the sambo techniques they are using in their fights work really well. Not only that, even if you were to see a training gym in lets say Brazil, its outdated as well. Most would agree that alot of the Brazilian fighters out there do well w/out the most updated equipment.

What a chicken shit operation, hahahaha. They can’t compete with the UFC’s current workout and sparring regiment. They know this and that’s why Fedor doesn’t want to sign with the UFC! Just look at him, he’s not even working hard and he’s looking tired and lethargic. I would love to see him try to compete in the UFC’s Octagon, lol. He’s just skating bye with some lucky wins and punches, no real skill or cardio to put forth. He just stands there waiting to counter, like a pussy. He wont be able to do that against top UFC fighters that’s for sure.
Just come on over to the real proving ground Fedor and stop ducking and dodging the real fighters in their prime and not has beens, punk ass.
