Brock Lesnar didn’t win, STEROIDS WON. I am sure Mir would have punch him in the nuts but they are shrunk from the STEROIDS. An illegal fight happened because illegal STEROIDS WON. If Steroids are allowed you will see most of the WWE guys in the UFC’s Heavyweight division. UFC’s start up competitors should ban steroids and find real heavyweight fighters. Real sports have banned STEROIDS. Lesnar looked like a redneck cow tipper with no nuts. Othewise the future of the UFC is STEROIDS. Dana is now using people to build the UFC to sell it and retire. I’m down with Diesel’s comments, And Mir’s mouth was a terrific motivation for an angry Brock. I loved that Lesnar was so focused on revenge with Mir that he held nothing back emotionally and let Frank feel it all. Is Lesnar now officially a “heel” for the UFC? I hope so. Everyone can talk about how they would like Brock to eat some humble pie served up with hammer fists, but this fight showed that it is going to take the whole UFC heavyweight division to come up a big notch or two before that will happen. Fedor won’t do it.

Brock trained hard and just filled in the holes he hade early in his career in the UFC and worked on his already great power and wrestling skills and trained Muay Thai and BJJ Defense for this fight which just made him a lot more complex fighter coming into this fight I was pulling for Mir knew it was going to be close though. I agree Shane Carwin would be a great match I was saying the same thing about 7 monthes ago but he’s getting older and older never got the big match yet that he deserved,Fedor would be a good match I guess more hype then anything Fedor would have to catch Brock with a lucky standing knock out cause if Brock get’s him down he’ll TKO OR KO him too..face it the more technique and fighting style’s BROCK learns he just gonna be more and more Dangerous

You dont have to be a idiot to know that all the fighters are tested randomly throughout the year plus before and after every fight they have to be checked out by the doctor and submit to screening. Dana White does not own the UFC so how could he sell it? Brock is for real and even if you dont respect him, respect the fighter. Its idiotic that people hate brock for having been in the WWE. It was a payday and he became a star because of it. The man is a physical freak and is a former collegiate all american (in real wrestling). So to say that he is a one dimensional fighter is F***ing stupid, he can punch with anyone in the business becuase of his sheer size and raw power but he is also nimble and agile (if you don’t believe me look up footage of him doing the equivalent of a gainer ie Shooting Star Press in WWE). His legitimate wrestling ability is second to nobody is UFC and thus, saying Mir is the better fighter is flat out dumb. Brock was pounding Mir in the first fight till he made a rookie mistake.

They have been home to a ton of great athletes who want to be paid. A good solid fight. Lesnar was too much for Mir (on this occasion). Lesnars an ex pro-wrestler, so he was just cutting a hell promo at the end there. He apologised afterwards. I think Lesnar will be a handfull for any top heavyweight. I think someone with equal strength but more experience could take him, Still early in his MMA career but this guy’s looking like the real deal.

I agree, what we need here is a SuperHeavy Weight division, I believe fedor can beat him, but it would be better if it were ina ring, where a wrestler, with such a huge weight advantage like Lesnar won’t be able to just go against the cage and use his weight to avoid techniques, a ring would be fair. or at least thats what i believe, and let’s face it, we really need a super heavyweight division, in other divisions, its concidered an unfair match when you put a fighter with 5 lbs less or weight.. so.. is it fair to put in a fight a 235 ( fedor ) pounds or a 245 ( mir ) fighter against a near 300 lbs one? 60+- pounds difference between an excellent figter ( call it fedor mir, cotour etc etc )and a good fighter ( lesnar ) can make teh difference, what makes MMA and/or the UFC different from other contact sports with such division? ( like judo, wrestling, bjj, etc etc ? ) i mean others have been smart enough to recognize that size when you know what you are doing.. make a difference! to be honest, Lesnar all he did was, lay… use his weight, and with the only arm he had free, punch, the only “technique” i saw were his take downs.. and well not difficult to execute when you weight more than 60 lbs than your opponent, ahaha, and yet he couldn’t do it when he confronted a real wrestler like Randy, even when the weight difference was even larger

It would be too stupid from him to do it in a real sport like MMA, but, I totally agree, he FOR SURE was on steroids before when he was a pro-wrestler, which gives him mass advantage, i don’t think he does less exercise now than he used to do when he was a pro wrestler, and yet he looks smaller, and with less definition, and that makes it unfair, these are real and clean athletes, and he had help, in such case everyone should be allowed, i wonder what a 6´10 fighter like Wes Sims or others like him would look like and would do if they were allowed to use steroid.. could you stop him? but instead, normally men that large dont have a wrestler’s body type, Hong man choi? 7′2 with steroids? hahaha that would be a joke! those men normally if in order to have a muscular body, they need to invest much time in weight lifting and less in cardio and technique time, so its a trade, you are gifted at some things and not at others.. its about who makes the best mix. i have to say at the moment all Brock does is take the fighter to the ground and use his size to try and beat them. he did it in the first mir fight. majority of the heath fight. not that much in the randy fight cause he taught he could beat a guy 13 years older than him standing up. it will be a while before someone will beat them, if he fights a fighter with a good standing game he will take them to the ground, and a fighter with a good ground game his size and strength will prevent the fighter doing anything on the ground. the only one i think that can beat him is the pit bull but that damn glass jaw of his.

The only guy i think who has a chance to beat brock lesnar is Bobby Lashley. He’s the only man built as big as Brock. I really enjoyed how Brock beat the fuck out of Mir. If Mir didn’t arrogantly trash talk Brock in the first place, Brock would’ve given him at least a little mercy (Like not calling him a “son of a bitch” during his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan. I wanted Brock to win too, and I’m not that put off by his post-fight celebration. But the heel hook in the first fight wasn’t a lucky break. Brock made a mistake and Mir capitalized; that’s the way it goes. He was being beaten before that; Brock’s hammers to the brain stem had Mir’s head swimming like Michael Phelps. Brock IS insecure. I’ve always enjoyed the UFC because the amount of professionalism the athletes have shown each other after the fight. Before the fight it’s OK to let tensions fly, but afterwards it’s over. Hug and make up! Brock still has a bit of WWF in him, which the WWF is the most ridiculous waste of energy and time. Sorry but no ,Lesnar did not beat Randy “handily”. Randy had him deep into the 3rd round, was muscleing him against the cage, (while giving up 60 lbs mind you), and he got caught by a glancing unorthodox punch(meaning Brocks stand up is shite).

Neither one looked overly impressive. Mir did not leg fight at all and Lesnar has no left hand. They looked very sloppy and both had very open and wide stances (Very amature for the short time they were standing). I can’t believe this is the best in the world. Just watch the fight,think Lesnar was very patient, fight look good while standing up, that would have given Mir the advantage with his striking skills but on the ground i just don’t think Brock would have made the same mistake twice but i did think the ref should have stood them up a few times because there was nothing going on while Brock was on top,now there even guess there has to be a 3rd, just hope it last a little bit longer this time,but Brock won it fair and square cause he was ready, guess now someone has got to step up to beat Brock, not easy to bench press a super freak of your body while he is on top of you, bring back Cabbage or Tim Silvia ,were the hell are those guys

Some nerve Lesnar has talking about Mir’s “fat little hips”. That guy is about 15 years away from obesity himself. And no, clearly he’s not on ‘Roids or he wouldn’t be so soft in the middle himself. I knew a guy in college with the exact same body type…even looked a bit like Lesnar, but not quite as big. He played football, was strong and a good athlete, worked out every single day and ate healthy, and still gained fat every year and completely blimped out after 30. It’s genetic, and you can see it in the body type. These guys are bulldozers until age takes over and the genes kick in. Lesnar is 31 now, and the minute he starts slowing down (which likely won’t be long) the fat will pile on. No way a guy that big can keep it off forever. If he plans to be the “greatest heavyweight in history”, he better plan to fight at least twice a year for the next few years, and beat everyone he faces. He will not have a Couture-like career. Mother Nature is on the heels of this side of beef.

I am a Frank Mir fan and i have to say bravo to Brock for winning this fight. He was well trained and he studied the half guard pretty well. But i still think Mir is the better fighter than the two and i am am pretty sure that Frank is going to win if they fight again. And that’s cause he has the ability and the technique to do all this. If he keeps his distance and doesn’t get to cocky he can combo lesnar’s face and if he is on his guard he can submit him again. Lesnar was very careful in the second fight and that’s why he got the victory.

So just watched the fight, and it was great. Face facts people, when you train to fight a person, you plan a strategy and you USE IT. Brock layed him on his back and beat his face in. Solid strat. Now if Brock had relented at all, chances are that Mir would have submitted him. A fight is a fight. You go in to win. If fans are all you care about and you want to do a “show” go to WWE. As far as Brock’s performance after the fight, meh, whatever. Mir ran his mouth, Brock filled it with his fist. Maybe someone should ask Mir “What did you learn?” I would like to see a more balanced fight. But its going to be hard to find. I’m not even going to address the steroid allegations it just screams ignorant. And the reason that Mir wasn’t fighting back was because Brock was physically too strong for him. How could any one fight back with that big bear pining them down. Mir knew he couldn’t match his strength he said it him self before and after the fight so he was try to bide time for a scramble or a stand up where he could explode not waste energy. Great strategy demonstrated he just knew how to take away all of Mir’s strengths (speed and bjj). People need to get of this guys case.
