Everyday i would do at least an hour of Cardio workout and this routine alone helped me regain my lean body. Cardio is really good for burning down the extra fats you get on your tummy.

I see why Lesnar Beat Mir….I think he wanted it more. And I am a huge Frank Mir fan. Lesnar dominated him. I look forward to the Lesnar/Carwin fight…I pray that Carwin takes this boy down. He needs some humble pie and quick! Total disrespect for fans, Mir, and his own wife at UFC 100. I hope the PPV buys are down for this fight….I certainly wont be buying PPV. Go Shane Carwin…11-0!!

but still i he doesnt i dont know who will.
Fedor i think its the biggest treat but i think we would never
see him in ufc(thanks to M1..)so the only thing here is that
his going to be the champ for a long.. long.. time
