I agree with conorm, Penn wont have enough cardio to beat Sherk, well yeah he´s dangerous in the first 2 rounds but after that he´ll be gassed.
And he talks alot of shit about Sherk wich just show how cocky he is, calling him out the way he did after defeated Stevenson.

I really hope Sherk destroys Penn, by TKO or Decision.

i love how you guys are criticizing bj’s conditioning. he’s one of the most well conditioned fighters in the ufc. oh how i loved watching that knee to the steroid freak’s head.

what a big joke sherk turned out to be…after all that stupid steroid talk and how he didnt use them and it was all the extreme amount of supplemental use he was using…..turned out to be a complete waste of time, because bj penn destroyed him anyway. bj penn’s got his eyes set on another title…thats gonna be an amazing fight. the last time i believe it was just 3 rounds this time it’s 5. we’ll see how it turns out.
