Fist of all, I have read all the comments form the so called”Experts” on this page. I would like to say that 98% of you are “FULL OF SH*T” and don’t know anything about nothing. Sounds like a bunch of couch potato hater a*s haters. Kimbo is 100% real street fighter and Tank just got his ass handed to him that day. I would love to see “ANY” of you haters step into the ring with the Slice, just for “1″round. The reason why he has not had a shot at the more well known top ranked fighters is simple, “THEY DON’T” want to take the chance on losing to some one that people like you talk so much sh*t about. There are careers on the line here. These top rank guys have a lot to lose if they face the man who has nothing to lose. Worst case for Kimbo, he can just take it back to the streets and do what he does best, beat that ass. So there is a lot to think about if your in the top 10% of the fight game. And to close on this i would just like to add, if your a fighter and you talk crap about another fighter, forget all the can and could stuff, take it to the ring and do your thing……Peace out.

If youre gonna headline an event on tv you should at least be fighting a top 20 opponent. How do you have a main event with neither fighter in the top 20 on tv. Robbie Lawler should be pissed that he isnt headlining for his title defense. Brock would put Kimbo away quick by the way.

kimbo vs. brock would be worth watching if you really want a freak show.

Brock would win though.
But I’d be surprised if they fight any time soon as the promoters are too busy finding low risk opponents to build up their names - ot at least that goes for whoever is picking Kimbo’s opponents. Brock at least took on Mir, and almost made up for his MMA greeness with intensity. Kimbo is entertaining and I think he’s a cool guy with a great attitude and some talent. how much talent - like i said - I’ll watch only when some MMA talent is his opponent. Tank gets my respect for being older than me and for a pretty OK MMA career in the pioneer days - but he sucked bad in this fight

there are lots of no name opponents who are the same age and actually fight MMA.

When Kimbo fights such a fighter, i’ll watch.

the other guy is bang on,– tank was never more than a beer gutted street bully with 1 dimensional tactics— an overhand right. that’ll go far on the street but in a competitive pro mma bout , absolutely no where. his record shows it. and slice unveiled plenty in this fight, a true mma fighter would have ducked and shot in and subbed slice much like mir did to tank years ago. slice will learn the hard way

Tank was not a legend..he was a hype. the big fat i dont care street fighter (self proclaimed) and won like 2 decent fights in UFC in the old days and they were by knock out and one guy fell over like his legs broke while up against the fence, and then got a few more fights with a excellent fighter Vitor Belfort who won by KO on tank and then tank got choked by 2 other guys.. dont get me wrong tank has one hell of a punch but in todays MMA he is garbage and i to would like to see kimbo fight a well versed opponent…not some guy who drinks beer for training and prays for a hard lucky shot to land

why doesn’t that bum kimbo actually fight someone who can fight? he had one worthy opp in mark the cop!who tuned kimbo up,lol.match him up with a true MMA fighter who is not old and over the hill.and he’ll get whooped.put him with a younger healthier fighter and you’ll see how bush league this guy really is.
